ARCHIVIORUMTERMS

BETA VERSION 8 · UPDATED 3 AUGUST 2026

Terms of use and purchase

Archiviorum is in beta. Purchases are real and processed by Stripe; the price and any renewal are shown before confirmation.

1. Supplier

The service is supplied by Blue Lagoon Maritime Trading Limited, registration C 114006, VAT MT32425417, registered office at Mercieca Suite 4, Triq it-Tabib Anton Tabone, Rabat, Għawdex, VCT 9020, Malta. Email: trading@blmt-ltd.com.

2. Service

Archiviorum organises uploaded files, suggests dates and summaries, builds a timeline and generates an optimised PDF. It targets no more than 10 MB per volume where possible and splits larger dossiers. Unchanged originals are supplied in a separate ZIP with a SHA-256 manifest. It is an organisational tool, not legal advice, and you must verify the output.

3. Account and security

If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the email and for safeguarding the password, sessions and recovery code. Do not share these credentials. The recovery code is shown once: anyone who has it can set a new password. Generating a new code invalidates the previous one; using the code to reset the password also invalidates existing sessions.

4. Eligibility and uploads

You must be at least 18 and may upload only content you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful material, and limit personal, sensitive or third-party data to what is strictly necessary. You retain ownership and grant only the limited technical licence needed to provide the requested service.

5. Price, VAT and renewal

One export costs €9.99 including VAT. Archiviorum Pro costs €19.99 per month including VAT and provides unlimited exports for normal personal or business use, subject to fair use and anti-abuse measures. During the beta, the controller may distribute free, one-use invitation codes with no cash value and which may not be resold: each code unlocks one dossier, may expire and may be disabled before redemption. Pro renews monthly until cancelled. From the personal workspace you can open Stripe’s secure portal, download invoices, update the payment method and cancel renewal; Pro access remains available until the end of the paid period. Stripe processes payment and billing; Archiviorum does not receive full card details.

6. Digital supply and withdrawal

The PDF is supplied immediately after confirmation. Before payment you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once digital supply begins or completes where permitted by law. Mandatory remedies for non-conforming digital content remain unaffected. If payment completes but the PDF cannot be generated or downloaded, contact trading@blmt-ltd.com.

7. Cloud and account deletion

Cloud storage is optional. You may delete individual cloud dossiers or permanently delete the account from Account security after entering your current password and the required confirmation. If a subscription is set to renew, you must first cancel renewal in the Stripe portal.

Deletion removes the account, sessions, recovery code, cloud dossiers and files, and local drafts on the device being used. It is irreversible. Local drafts on other devices or browser profiles must be removed separately. Invoices, transactions and tax or accounting records may be retained by the supplier or Stripe for the period required by law.

8. Availability and liability

The beta may change, be suspended or contain errors. You must verify dates, summaries, completeness and legibility. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Intellectual property and licence

Archiviorum, its name, copy, interface, software and dossier templates are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service under these terms. Except where mandatory law permits it, you may not copy or reproduce the service, resell or sublicense it, remove ownership notices, circumvent its protections, or use its code and interface to create a competing service. You retain ownership of uploaded documents and may freely use and share the exported dossier for your own administrative, professional or protective purposes.

10. Governing law

Maltese law applies, without removing mandatory protections, remedies or jurisdiction available to consumers in their country of residence.

11. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the service changes. The version accepted at checkout is recorded together with consent evidence. Questions: trading@blmt-ltd.com.
