Which files can I upload?＋

PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP, BMP, EML email and text files. You can upload up to 12 files, maximum 15 MB each.

Are my documents uploaded online?＋

Not during analysis: PDF text, OCR and sorting run in your browser. Files are uploaded only if you sign in and expressly choose ‘Save to cloud’.

Can Archiviorum get a date wrong?＋

Yes. The system flags uncertain information and lets you correct it. Always verify dates, summaries, completeness and legibility before use.

Is this legal advice?＋

No. Archiviorum organises documents and facts; it does not assess your rights, guarantee the outcome of a dispute or replace a professional.

What do I receive after payment?＋

The PDF dossier with summary and timeline, plus unchanged originals in a ZIP archive and a SHA-256 manifest for integrity checks.

How large is the PDF?＋

Archiviorum targets 10 MB or less per volume. If the dossier is larger, it splits it into lightweight volumes without changing the separate source files.

Are VAT and invoices included?＋

Yes. €9.99 for one export or €19.99 per month for Pro, both including VAT. Stripe collects billing details and makes the invoice available.

How do I cancel Pro?＋

Open the Stripe portal from your personal workspace and cancel renewal. Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.

Can I install it as an app?＋

Yes. You can add Archiviorum to your Home Screen directly from the browser, without the App Store or Google Play. It is the same web service; cloud features and payments require a connection.
