Archiviorum uses no advertising cookies, analytics cookies or identifiers to profile people.

3. Measurement and third parties
Aggregate product events are sent without analytics cookies, browser IDs, email, file names or document content. Campaign links carry only generic campaign, creative and platform codes in the individual request; we do not embed Meta or TikTok pixels. Videos are served directly by Archiviorum. Administrative links to Meta and TikTok appear only in the protected Launch Centre and are activated by the controller to connect its own accounts.
Infrastructure providers may process technical logs for security and operation. When you choose to pay, you are redirected to Stripe, which may use its own technologies necessary for payment, fraud prevention and compliance under its notice.
4. Is consent required?
Not at present: the listed technologies are requested by the user or strictly necessary for accounts, security, local saving and payment. We therefore do not show a banner asking for unnecessary consent. If we introduce advertising, profiling, persistent analytics identifiers or non-essential embeds, they will be blocked until the user chooses and this policy will be updated.
5. Your controls
You can sign out to invalidate the session, delete drafts in the app, and clear storage or cache in browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent login, account recovery or PWA use. See the privacy notice for more information.
